problem with taggedTextImportPreferences

hello,
I have CS 5.5 indesign and CSE 1.5.
I'm trying to set the text taggedTextImportPreferences styleConflict but am getting this error :
"#2091: The Proxy class does not implement hasProperty. It must be overridden by a subclass."
here what I have so far..
with(app.taggedTextImportPreferences)
{
removeTextFormatting = false;
styleConflict = StyleConflict.publicationDefinition; {stops here}
useTypographersQuotes = true;
}
not sure what i'm doing wrong ...
any help would be great..
