We have a school customer that can't update to the latest version of Shockwave. (This isn't always easy for schools with managed services.)
For some reason, whenever students first run Shockwave, the file adobeshockwavextrabundle.exe tries to run, even if they have Shockwave Autoupdate switched off. Because the students don't have Admin rights this throws an error which causes chaos throughout the class.
Is there any way to stop the .exe running other than upgrading to the latest Shockwave version?
