incorrect scoring in LMS

Hi, i'm having a problem with a discrepancy between what i'm seeing on the final slide of my Captivate 5.5 assessment course (The results page, reflecting number of questions, number correct and then the score as a percentage) vs what i'm seeing in the LMS when i exit the course and return to the LMS. the score on the Captivate Results page appears to be mathematically correct, but what i see in the LMS is a lower, usually just by 1% or so. has anyone else encountered something like this? we are using Healthstream as our LMS. Course was converted from cp 4 to cp5.5 if that is important to know. any help would be sincerely appreciated.
