Can't open downloaded product

I just purchased the studen/teacher version of Creative Suite cs6. When I try to download it with Akamai, file 1 will download 100%, then restart the whole download of the same file. When I try the alternate download, after hours of downloading File 1 and 2, I cannot download the files. What is causing this?

Yes, I am still having problems. I switched browsers, used a wired connection, allowed pop-ups, etc. but the Akamai still restarts the same download, and when I download it directly, it still tells me that it cannot open the file because it does not know what to open it with?
