Problem wit External webcam

This question is Not Answered.(Mark as assumed answered)

Hello Currently when i want to go with the external cam online it only gives me a screenshot for example chatroullet , and my cam inside the computer is working over there.

I did all i could and people told me to tell my problem over here:

 

1 i install my cam and reinstall

2 i remove flash and reinstall

3 i tried on a diffrent pc the external cam works perfect everywhere just not in online modus i only get a sceenshot .

 

Help is welcome because the quality on the internal cam sucks . And it worked perfect before so could anyone tell me what to do to make it work ( cam name is hercules optical glass )

    Flash Player 11.3 shipped publicly yesterday.  Please install the latest version from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

     

    If the problem persists, the following information would be very helpful:

     

    What is the make and model of your camera?

     

    Do you have the latest drivers for your camera installed?


    What OS and Version are you using?

     

    What Browser and Version are you using?
