Doubt with color profiles

I have to make a design to print in Europe and USA, ¿What color profile do I have to use? Or do I have to do a job with Fogra and another one with U.S. Web Coated (SWOP)?

The long answer is yes, if you replace Fogra with ISO 12647 or whichever standard wanted by the European printer in question.
