Is there any ability to rotate a video & adjust capture time of a video with Lightroom 4.1?

Is there any

- ability to rotate a video (i.e. 90° clockwise)

- ability to adjust capture time of a video (i.e. change of date created/modified)

with Lightroom 4.1?

Lightroom does not support video files metadata, but you can change the
date/time in the catalog only. In other words, you will see the adjusted
date/time inside Lightroom, but the actual file will not be touched.
