Why don't webforms/bookings react to logged in status?

How do return customers book a paid event when they already have a login/pass? Why do all webforms have required CRM fields, and no way to get them to react to already in the database and have an account users?

    Use the modules that show things like their name, email etc and pre-populate the fields. With the isloggedin module as well you can CSS hide certain fields if they log in to make it even cleaner.
