Glad to see you got it straightened out. Please understand these forums are not a substitute for Adobe technical support or customer service. For the most part we are just fellow users that like to help out in the forums. No one is just standing by waiting to pounce on a user that has questions. But I am glad you are up and running.
Of course! But would like to think that when over 30 then 50 people took the time to open my question, it wouldn't have taken much more time to respond. So on here we pounce to read a post but not to respond, now I see. Just thought I would get a helpful response....it a quicker/easier time than Adobes customer support. Like the 3 hours and 6 minutes I spent on the phone with HP this morning.
