We are running Windows 7, 64 bit, and IE 9, when we try to watch a video it says we need to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. When we look at all programs or search for flash player it doesn't show up. When we run Adobe's test, it shows we have the latest version installed. What do we do?
Ok, and what does this page say you have installed?

Finally, can you give me a specific URL so I can test out the page that is failing for you?
Also the movie is showing a ball bouncing back and forth, left to right.Player Version: 11.3.300.257OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Browser: Internet Explorer On this one it plays a 15 second ad, then it says the video is unavailable. The tech support on the website says I need the newest Flash Player Installed.http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/curb-your-cravings This one shows it starting to load I assume (it has dots going in a circle for about 1 or 2 seconds, then I get as black box, where the video should be playing.http://news.yahoo.com/video/philadelphiacbs3-15751053/man-arrested-dur ing-fake-interview-29597868.html#crsl=%252Fvideo%252Fphiladelphiacbs3- 15751053%252Fman-arrested-during-fake-interview-29597868.html Thanks, brewsky

Hi Chris,
I have the same problem of videos not playing in the browser, only it's some websites not playing and some websites that do play. Using 64 bit Explorer 9 on 64 bit Windows 7 with Flash 11.3.300.257. Have Microsoft Essentials turned on and using the firewall. Also have deselected ActiveX Filtering and unchecked Enable Hardware Acceleration. Also enabled Flash Player Add-on. I do notice that the Plug-in Version says "Not Installed".
