What can I do next to be able to continue download again?

I have downloaded in my id  that I purchased from Order number: 18316688224

AfterEffects_11_LS7.7z
PremierePro_6_Content_LS7.7z
PremierePro_6_LS7.7z
While it is downloading, it was not well completed yet, so I have to download again, and it won't let me download no more, and got the message:

 

Sorry,

 

Too many download attempts: 21. You were allowed to download only 5 times.
