Adobe Story Input Lag too slow.

I'm going to be honest: I love Adobe Story - but the input lag is incredibly bad.  I can't write if I stop-and-start over and over again.  For what I do (amateur films), Final Draft 8 is too expensive, and Story seems like the best and brightest of the scriptwriting bunch.  But if I can't get the lag down, there's no way that I can write with the flow I'm used to.

Can you PLEASE figure out what the problem is?  It seems like this is a solved problem.  If MS Word and Google Docs can figure out how to handle the lag, why can't Adobe?

    Brian.

Are you using Story in the browser based application or have you downloaded the desktop application?

What platform are you on (Mac/Win)?

What browser are you using to work in Story?

Can you try to close the outline view and the properties panel (from the view menu)? Let us know if that helps you.
