Acrobat X Pro (10.1.3) stops working after loading a web page - ANY page. No explanation is given.
Your question is not much clear to me. Are your trying to create a PDF from Webpage ? Or Acrobat stops after loading any webpage. Which is the webpage you are trying to access?
What happens, if you create PDF from Create -> Create from Webpage ?
Another thing to try is to save the webpage and try to create the PDF locally.
You can also try to use another browser may be FireFox.
You can must also try the sugesstion suggested by Bill@VT.

Seems perfectly clear to me. I am using Acrobat - Create from webpage. The programme loads the page elements and then, before anything is displayed, stops working.
My preferred browser is Opera, but I am not using it for this purpose, merely copying and pasting the address into Acrobat.
I can print to PDF from the browser, but that achieves the wrong result, as the links cease to work.
Opera can save a page as a .MHT file, but Acrobat cannot open it.
This problem is peculiar to Acrobat X: it has never occurred to me in any previous version going back to v.4.
Please try this.
Launch Acrobat X. Click on “Edit” -> Preferences.
Select the Security (Enhanced). Uncheck the option “Enable Enhanced Security”.
Click on “OK” button.
Restart Acrobat and try again.
What I see after checking few notes internally. This is not a bug but a feature request. Please file it by accessing the mentioned link : https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform
