Blue bar signature panel not appearing

I have a signed PDF that opens on a customer’s Windows PC without the blue bar signature panel. It was signed using Acrobat 9.3.2. When viewed on other systems the signature panel appears. Is it possible to disable the appearance of the signature panel?

    What version of Acrobat is your customer running? It may be that the blue message bar was introduced in a specific point update to Acrobat 9.

    User was originally using 9.3.2 and is now on 9.5.1. The upgrade made no difference.

    I have looked at the PDFs in 9.0 and the signature panel appears. So, I'm sure its not a specific version issue.
