Hi,

I have been handed a Flash file (web banner) that needs to go to a website ones clicked. The problem is I know very little about Flash, I have managed to find Code Snippets and add a Click to go to website. However, it's not working well. I can also see an existing link when I click on a button on the swf - but I'm unable to locate the link in the Flash file. (it points to the wrong website).

I'm not sure how to upload the file to show you what i mean?

Any help?

The link is most likely in your "actions".

If you still can't find it, you can create a layer above everything. Create a shape in that layer and turn down the alpha and link that shape to the site.

How are you serving this ad? Do you use a trafficking system like DFP? The way that clickthrus are coded can vary from site to site but it may help you to research clickTAGs. If you do use DFP, let me know and I can share what we use.
