I'm testing the upgrade of 11.6.1.633 to machines running 11.6.1.629
In a small number of installs (Win7) user have reported that, when visiting the Shockwave Welcome website to confirm the installed version, they receive an error that says "Error 2753: swdnld.exe not marked for installation"
If they OK this error, the welcome screen then correctly confirms the version and test is a PASS
Although not apparently service impacting, this error will cause calls.
I'm new to deploying / upgrading Shockwave, so any pointers for troubleshooting would be very much appreciated.
