i have adobe acrobat pro 9.  I'm having trouble loading it on my macbook pro.  Any suggestions?

I am trying to load my CD of adobe acrobat pro 9 on my macbook pro, but cannot get it to open.  Any suggestions?

    You need to be more specific. what version of OSX? What Mac? Does it even mount the DVD/ volume (i.e. does the icon appear on your desktop)?
