avid dnxhd codec not able to imbed alpha channel in ae cs6

Hi There, I just upgraded to ae cs6 from cs3 and now the Avid Dnxhd codec ( 720p/59.94 145 8 bit ) will not render a file with an imbedded alpha channel. The codec settings window is partially cut of and the alpha setting buttons do not work. Same problem happening on three identical systems. Intel 2x3 ghz 16 gig ram Nvidia Geforce 7300gt Mac pro osx 10.6.8 . Anybody have this issue or a solution, Thanks.

I updated the Avid codec and the problem is fixed.
