My old computer died ...loaded Elements 7 on new computer but can't access library that is on photoshop.com

My name is at the top of the screen …the only option is photos in the last six months and there’s nothing there. The option to change the date range doesn’t do anything. I found my gallery at photoshop.com so I know they still have my pictures.
Check your settings in preferences.
Go to Edità Preferencesà Backup/Synchronization.
It says when I do that it says I’m not logged into Photoshop.com but I am.
Try logging out on-line and starting over.
