Flash Player Glitch

I tried to download a purchased product onto a different computer. I update my flash player regularly and the website said I needed to download flash player. I downloaded the most recent version. After I downloaded it I tried again and it took me to the same page. I tried multiple times and kept having the same problem. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash player and still had the same problem. I also tried restarting my computer and had the problem yet again. How can I fix this?
