I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 a while ago, and would like to download it online, using a product key or serial #. (I just bought a computer without a disk drive.) However I don't see any links to download older programs like these. Any advice? Thanks!

No, it's gone. Simply copy the install files from your DVDs to an USB stick.

What abut CS 5.5 premium. I did the purchase/download. I put a new OS on my laptop and need to re-install. Where can I get CS 5.5 premium?

i can't copy the DVD's because I don't have a computer with a dvd drive anylonger.

if you follow all 7 steps, you can dl a trial via prodesigntools.com and activate with your serial number.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.
