I've got a simple and single question
- when you get a Single Edition and pay the US 395 fee and then get your folio available fopr iPad, do you get charged for the downloads (the 0.30)
same question even clearer
- for a Single Edition: do you pay US 395 and "that's it and there's no later charge or tax or anything and will this only cost US 395 forever ?"
Sorry but the more I read about all this, the more I'm lost
