The highlight color is the same as your Menu Highlight Color. To change it go to Administration > Customization > Customize Meeting and change the Menu Highlight Color.

I am having the same issue. I tried to customize the menu highlight color and it didn't appear to change anything. Does it only work on new meeting rooms created or should the customization change all existing meeting rooms also?

    Thanks.

Changing the settings in the Admin panel will affect all exsiting and future rooms.

Can you think of any reason it might not work? I've change Menu Highlight Color to black and it still shows up as the faint minty green color.

    I have this same problem on one presenter machine. (Win7 64bit / Chrome 19.0.1084.56 / Flash 11.3.300.254)

The highlight color is always minty green despite a different setting in the customization settings.  I found it only happened when the connect Add-in was installed, so uninstalled the Connect Add-In using the "Add/Remove programs" or "Programs and Features" option in Windows Control Panel.

Even after a manual re-install of the Connect add-in, after removing internet files, cookies, flash storage, etc, the highlight color reverted to mint green.  Removing the add-in is an acceptable workaround for me as I don't use screen-sharing.

Looks like a bug to me.

Rather than uninstalling the add in, you can add ?launcher=false (for example http://realeyesconnect.adobeconnect.com/openroom/?launcher=false) to the URL for the room to tell Connect to not look for the add-in. Then when you need to screen share, you don't append your URL with that qwery string. It will save you from unistalling and reinstalling the add-in multiple times.
