Hide the homebar?

I've created a custom storefront for displaying our folios, but when I bring it up on the iPad i get a "Home Bar" at the top which I can't seem to hide away.

 

To be clear, I noticed that in the Viewer Builder you can hide the Navigational Bar at the bottom which allows a user to switch the current view to either the Library or Store or View(er).

 

This "Home Bar" at the top takes up too much space, and I want to hide it when my store shows up.  It's the bar at the top that inludes the "sign out" button and a label in the center that says "Local".  It's located directly below the very top where you see the signal strength, time and battery power.

 

Lastly, I'm stuck with this padding around my content container.  If anyone else has used the Horizontal Swipe Store template, I would appreciate your feedback as well.

    I hope I didn't confuse everybody by calling it the "Home Bar" but I don't know the exact term for this bar that shows up above my custom store.  I'd be happy I guess if I could at least change the word "Local" in it to maybe my company's name.  That'd be cool.

    Either way, I hope someone out there has ideas.

    Hey everyone, I just figured how to change the name at the top, it's the title of your HTML file ((duh)).

    I still need help on the other two parts :/

    If you are creating a V21 app there is an option to Hide Title Bar which will remove the top bar completely on your storefront view.
