My team is currently working on a HUGE assessment including scenarios, MC and T/F questions, etc. as well as a pre-tutorial course. However, we do not have an LMS to report the results to. We are hoping to find a quick and easy solution to obtain users' quiz results that can include detailed data (such as specific questions incorrectly answered, contact information, etc.). Does anyone know of any solutions?
To add to Steve's reply, the Acrobat.com solution may be easiest, but I think it requires a unique login per user to record the user-specific results (I could be wrong - never investigate the option).
For the custom database Steve mentions, see these links:
Such a solution may or may not be trivial depending on your server environment and if you have coders available to handle the customization.
Why not look to an LMS, especially if this project is so large? For the amount of time/effort you may put into a custom solution, you may well be able to just invest in an LMS solution...which could have larger and longer-term use...
I actually had the same question. I'm needing to know the best way to track scores and who it was that took the quiz without having an LMS. I tired the adobe account thing and it's not working for me. It says my account information is incorrect even though it's not. Are there other options? I like the program but if I can't figure this out I'm going to have to research other options. My trial only has 8 days left and this is my biggest concern.
Yes, there are other options, but not 'easy options'... Read the links I posted above - those will get you a solution, but you'll likely need a programmer, or need to have some programming skills, to do that...
Otherwise, an LMS really is an easier solution...
