Publish .folio on newsstand

Please explain to me step by step, how does the publication in iOS Newsstand work? And other distribution channels with Adobe Software.

 

Do I get this right:

 

1. I buy the latest Indesign. Prepare a .folio file

 

2. I open the file in Digital Publishing Suite and simply one-click publish it in Newsstand

 

3. Do I need to have some kind of developer's account at Apple or is it all done within my Adobe license?
