Adobe pro 9, Plug in issue

Helo,

 

I am trying to install Appligent Redax and StampPDF, however I am unable to see the Redax on my client's adobe pro 9.

 

I mentioned in KB that there is a Bug on pro 9 that by default, certified mode is set to "yes".

 

I have tried to re-install and repair adobe 9 however it does not work.

 

Is there any other way for me to fix this Redax menu issue? (for instace, registry fix etc..)
