I am trying to add my logo artwork my printer emailed to me (pdf format) to my invoices in quickbooks. It will not allow me to convert to a jpg format to do this. Until recently I had an opption to "save as" but now that opption is gone. How can I get that option back or convert to a jpg?
How did you originally purchase Acrobat? Do you have an installation disc or did you purchase a download of the software from Adobe?
If you have an installation disc, just insert it into your drive and launch the installer.
If you purchased a download, you may been to re-download your software, unpack it, then launch the installer.

I don't mean to sound like an idiot (but feel like one), I don't recall purchasing Acrobat it's just always been there. It use to be so easy now it is so difficult and I desperately need to be able to use my logo on invoices and such. I have spent so many hours trying to make this happen.
Hi Joyce,
You may want to check out the solution from this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/823236.

Thank you so much David for all your help. I tried the link you sent me and my computer blocked the site saying it may be a risk. I have Norton 360 do you think it would be safe to go ahead and cancel the block. I have a feeling I am going to be forced to purchase a program. Do you have a suggestion on what program to get that will allow me to convert pdf formats to jpg and others. I am just so frustrated because up until a couple of weeks ago I could do this now is seems impossible for me to use my logo artwork. I don't need bells and whistles just a simple program that will allow me to do this and not cost an arm and leg.

Hi Joyce,
The least expensive option offered by Adobe for converting PDF to JPG is Acrobat X Standard. You may want to see if you can track down your purchase order/receipt from your Dell purchase to see if Acrobat was in fact preinstalled. If it was, it's probably worth giving them a call to see if they can assist you in reinstalling.

Hi David,
Your friendly pest here. I am trying to get into that link you sent me and it has been examining my computer for over 30 minutes to register so not sure it will work. I can't find any pricing on Acrobat X Standard. Is there a phone number to Adobe to call them personally so I don't have to bother you anymore!! I am so beyond frustrated with this situation.
