Serial Number Doesn't Work

Ok so I purchased Catalyst when it was released, even used it for my site. I've since gotten a new Desktop and need to install it on there. It's only installed on one other device so that shouldn't be the issue. I lost my box and had to call Adobe to retrieve, but I read back the numbers and they seemed correct. I go to put my SN in FC and it says it's invalid. Any reason as to why this could be happening?

    Sounds like you need to call Customer Care back. A guess might be with the release of CS6, the authorization system no longer supports Flash Catalyst. But mind you that is just a guess.
