So are you wanting to import pictures from where? Are you wanting to import them into Photoshop? Which operating system are you using?

I would like to take the pictures that are already on my computer and put them into CS6 so i can work on them. I use Windows Vista, and my pictures are in my picture file on my computer.

You can use Bridge CS6 for that purpose. Simply open Bridge CS6 and browse to "My Pictures" section and you will see all your images into Bridge CS6. You can double click on the images to open them directly into Photoshop CS6 and you can edit them as per your requirement.

Arpit's trying to sell you on using Bridge, but my question is this: Why do you feel you need to "put" the pictures into CS6 at all?

An image file can be opened in Photoshop CS6 right from your hard drive.

There is no need to "put" the images anywhere, assuming they're already on the hard drive of your computer. They are just files.

Thank you for your help, I am attempting to open CS6 now, but for some reason it has yet to open, it has downloaded onto my comp, but it has not opened for me today. Not sure what's going on there. Will keep trying.

Noel, the pictures are on my hard drive, but I'm not able to open them up in CS6, thus the reason for Arpit's assistance.
