My iPhone doesn't show a open in button so I cannot read things in reader

Been trying to open a document in reader but I cannot find the open in button on safari on my iphone

    Can you please elaborate on what you are trying to do? Are you viewing a PDF in Safari? If so, you should be able to tap on the PDF (once opened). This will bring up the "open in" toolbar. If you don't see the toolbar, it's possible you aren't viewing a PDF. The easiest way to see what the experience should look like is to do a search for f1040.pdf in google. This will return a link to the f1040.pdf. Following this link will open the PDF in safari, where you can see what the experience looks like (it includes a gray, cross-hatched background around the document). You can then show/hide the open in toolbar by tapping on the document. Tapping "open in" should give you an option to open Adobe Reader.
