In CS6,even though I select jpg to save my files it will only allows .eps.

I can however use "save for web" to get my jpg but what must I do to get jpg file since it appears in the list of choices?

This is becaue you copied Adobe plugins from a previous version into CS6. Delete all those plugins.

If you have 3rd party plugins they go in plugin folder, and best to download newest version from website.

I have no plug-ins and am not given the option to save in JPEG, which I want to do so I can use the photo in other programs. Any ideas?

What are the full specs. of the Image Open in PS - things like Bit-Depth, Color Mode, etc.. The more info, the better.

Is it possible to open a .cpt file (Corel Photopaint) in Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended? I just installed the new photoshop software but couldn't open a .cpt file in photoshop.

No, Photoshop does not read Corel's proprietary CPT format.

It woud be so nice and handy to work seamlessly with both Photo Paint and Photoshop. I hope the software developers are reading this post. Especially since the techie from Adobe recently told me on the phone that I could save Photoshop files as CPT files! I'll try Exporting and see if that will work. Thanks for your input. It's all good.

Well, then...he should know! It would be nice if the techie at Adobe... I talked to on the phone the other night knew his stuff as well!

So the reason Photoshop can't open CPT files lies in the fact that Corel won't allow it?

Just checked: not even the latest Lemkesoft's GraphicConverter supports the CPT format.

We are using Photoshop CS4 (Version 11.0). Some .tiff extension based file is open in Win7 but not open in Win XP.

Hello.

I now use Photoshop CS6 Extended.

I want to open ndpi file. (made by Nano Zoomer, Hamamatsu, Japan)

But I cannot open this file.

Does any plug in about ndpi file exist?

I know of no plug-ins, but there are possibly file converters available. I would look for one, that works with your OS on Google.
