I am downloading a trial version of CS6 Master Collection... when it gets to the extracting step it just freezes up... its been frozen for about 4 hours this morning. is there anyway to completely cancel the download and start over from scratch?
Where did you choose to download the install files too? You will likely need to cancel the download and start again. I would recommend choosing the default location of your User folder to download the install files too.
That’s what I am trying to do but it will not let me cancel the download. I have tried exiting out and deleting installer altogether but the old download always pops back up and will not let me download it again.
