Installing Flash Player

I am running 10.7.4 and trying to get Flash Player installed. The installation goes to about 40% and then instantly to 100% and claims success. However, Flash will not work.

When I go the below address, no flash version info is displayed.

I have tried Safari / Firefox and verions 10, 11, and 11.3 of flash player with the same results.

Any ideas what I need to do to fix?

1) Download the Flash Player Uninstaller : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/unins tall_flash_player_osx.dmg

Note : Close all the browser windows and run the uninstaller

2) Download Flash Player 11.2 (32-bit) : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac /install_flash_player_11_osx.dmg

Note : Close all the browser windows and run the uninstaller

Please check do you see Flash Player installed on this URL : http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Upload the screenshot and also send it to tcssup@adobe.com (Whatever comes on this URL).

I'd recommend following the clean install FAQ and installing 11.3 again.

How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?
