Cloud Files Displaying?

I could of read/heard wrong but I thought that when I upload a file into the Creative Cloud it would show a thumbnail of the file? I have uploaded a few PSD files and I see a generic icon for all the files. What should be displaying?

    You should be able see a thumbnail and then when you click on the thumbnail to go to the file's one-up page to see a preview image.

     

    What size of file are you uploading? A large file such as a 300 MB panorama PSD may take some time to generate the thumbnail and preview images. If you are still not seeing a preview image soon let me know.

    I have uploaded 5 PSD files. The file sizes range from 1 - 10mb (roughly). All of them show a generic thumbnail in any view I choose. They are inside a folder I created if this makes a difference (which I would think it wouldn't).

    One other note about the files: I have a Folder > Files when I click on a File it opens (still a generic thumbnail) but it offers me no way to backup one step. If I am in the folder I can backup to the main level. There needs to be a way to backup from the file view one level. (If I am missing something obvious please let me know, thanks!)

    Lynda,

     

    You can click on Files to the right of your name in the top menu to get back to the top level Files view.

     

    What browser and OS are you using? Would you please Share one or more of the PSD files you are having trouble with, and check Allow Download. Please email the links to kenrice@adobe.com. We will try to reproduce the issue and then investigate. We will not share your files outside of Adobe.

    Email will be sent shortly and I will include this info listed here in the email. I have tried this on two computers. One is a Windows XP running Firefox 13. The other is Windows 7 running Firefox 12. I have not tried it in other browsers.

     

    When I mention the go back button I realize you can hit the file button but if you are in a folder that you have created you must navigate from Main View > Folder > File. It would save time if you could backup one view when in a folder. When you are viewing the files in a folder it does have a one up arrow.

     

    One question out of curiosity when you make a file "public" you are given a link. Can you access the file any other way than having a direct link?

    Update:

     

    I have tried the share link CC created in Chrome, Opera, Safari (all latest versions), and IE 8 and all display a generic thumbnail.
