My old #1 computer crashed. Unusable! I am unable to deactivate elements 9, so i can put it on this computer, so i need help with this issue. What can I do or how does one get to talk to an expert?

Use the "Contact Adobe" link at the bottom right of this forum page to access the Adobe customer support system. During business hours, you can even initiate an online chat session to resolve activation issues.
