Out of the blue, I discovered I was unable to view video in YouTube. After googling the issue, I found that I needed to download Flash Player. I have been trying but cannot get it to install. When I view the programs in the "Uninstall Programs" screen, Flash Player is there but there is no entry for "size". When I find a place that tests if I have Flash Player, I do not get ANY response.... not the box with the windows & flash player version NOR the error message.... just blank -- nothing. I've emptied cache, deleted Adobe Flash folders... no help. Please someone... help me... I am really NOT liking Flash Player right now!!!
I use Windows Vista Home (service pack 2) and my browser is Firefox. Funny thing is that I had no problems whatsoever and --poof-- it stopped working! I never knew but subsequently have found out that YouTube wants me to install one version of Flash and the HP Solution Center for my printer wants me to install another!! I do not "game" or even do very much with video except to view when sent an email from a friend or when doing a search in Google.
