Making Photoshop Default?

Windows Live has usurped my default, how do I return Photoshop to default image editor?

    You need to re-estabish the file association.

     

    1. In Windows, right click a picture file in one of your folders
    2. In the context menu, go to open with, and look for "choose default program"
    3. Select Photoshop Elements
    4. tick "always use selected program...."

    Many thanks. One image refuses to play but the remainder seem just fine now. Appreciate your help.
