Prova questo: collegare il cavo Firewire dal lettore nastro DV al computer. Quindi collegare il cavo video al lettore di cassette DV.

Vi prego di scusare il mio italiano. Sto usando software di traduzione e ci possono essere errori.

I've noticed that the work area automatically adjusts to the footage in a sequence until it gets manually modified. Is there a way to set it back to automatically adjusting? I've accidentally double-clicked, causing it to set the work area over a certain section, and then I forget that the work area isn't adjusting. So, when I send it to render, I get a surprise when I play back my final file.

Unfortunately, no.  Your only option here is to create a new sequence and copy/paste everything over into it.  That will return the autoresizing.

    Agreed.

But, with CS6 you can turn the WAB off entirely and use In/Out points to achieve largely the same functions.

You will not be the first to request that Feature, but there IS strength in number. I have not filed that in a couple of versions, so it's about time. Thank you for the prod.

I find it very frustrating that having the latest version CS6 and a computer with 12 computer cores with 32 GB of RAM, Premiere doesn;t utilize these cores and background render any clips that need it.

Background rendering would be a very welcome new feature, if done properly.  Meaning the render would always be manually initiated by the user, but still allow us to continue working while the render happens.
