Yes. But all extensions save into the same file. I abandoned the standard prefs a long time ago in favor of saving them myself. If the preference for one extension gets corrupted, it'll affect them all...
I try to only save hashes or some other keys and not passwords. Either way, I make a practice or encrypting the data before I save it as binary to file...
