Hi everyone,
I have a div that needs a scroll bar, but the defualt scroll bar is very large and looks out of place. I know it's considered bad practice to change the scroll bar for acessibility reasons, but in this case I think it is necessary.
Here is an example of one of the pages that I want to have a custom scroll bar for.

All I want is a simple, solid blue slider on a white or transparent bar, with no up or down arrows. Also, it really needs to work with a mouse wheel.
Does anyone know of an easy way to do this without using JQuery? Or if it needs to be done with JQ, can anyone reccomend one?
