How do you save highlighted changes in a pdf in Adobe Reader for iPad.

    I have the same problem, the highlight disappear after time.

    There was a bug in the 10.2.0 release of the mobile Reader where for some files, annotations could be "lost". We've just released a new version (10.2.1) that addresses this issue and it is available in the app store. I'd encourage you to upate. Thank you for your patience!
