Are either one of you receiving a particular error message when trying to download? Also which operating system are you using?

I was getting the Error 101. I was able to download it, though, after I

changed the download folder, so I assume it was putting the files into my

program folder by default. It would be nice if there was something

written into the application so that the folder that is not acceptable

would be avoided as the default.

Just tried a fresh download of CS6 Design and Web Premium took all morning to download started the install process then fell over straight away with error 15

Exit Code: 15

ERROR: ASU has quit unexpectedly.

ERROR: Media DB Error : 18

---------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------

I am running mac os lion

So if you have any ideas then please let me know as this is really putting me off glad i did not buy it.
