    Can a business use this method to distribute an app to its clients, or is there a better way? There doesn't seem to be a place for a company brochure on the Apple Store

    No, you cannot use this method to distribute apps to clients. It is only allowed for use with Apple Enterprise Developer accounts, and those are reserved for in-house app publishing only. According to Apple, if your company wants to publish apps internally and externally, it will require two iOS Developer accounts: one for Enterprise, and one for use with the iTunes Store.
