tethering problem in lightroom 4.1

I have done everything in the list-to-do in trying to get tethered capture to work. I have a Canon EOS 5D MKII camera. This is in the list of cameras that says it's compatible, yet it it says camera not detected. I run Windows 7 Ultimate 64. Has anyone any ideas?

Is your camera being detected in Win itself ?
