Encore CS6 Download problem

Why is it when I try to download EncoreCS6ContentWin_zip, I get the 'This file couldn't be downloaded'?

    From Where exactly you are trying to download the above mentioned file ?

    When I opened up the Encore CS6 from cloud, it did not have the library content, so tried to download the content from the support page. I keep coming up with file couldn’t be downloaded. I am using windows 7 64 bit, and explorer browser. I did just try to download using firefox, and it appears as though it is downloading, but have not tried to install yet.
