I just purchased an upgrade CS 6. I could not download, might be due to internet problems. Now I got a notice that I can't download more then 5 times. But the upgrade has not downloaded even once properly. What to do now ?

Are you downloading from your order page? If not you may want to review the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0. If you are trying to download the trial could you please provide the error message you are receiving, your operating system, and which Adobe product you are trying to download?
