Printing partial document

I have a user that's not able to print a partial document, but when printing the entire document, it works flawlessly. Adobe is fully up to date, the print is coming from Word 2010. Ran repairs on both Word and Adobe, with no successes. Please help!?!

    Are you trying to print a pdf file to a physical printer or are you trying to print from Word 2010 to the Adobe PDF virtual printer? Please give us specific OS information

    Michael,

     

    Thanks for the response. I am trying to print from Word, to the PDF printer. The OS is Windows 7 Professional. x32)

    What version of Acrobat? Have you tried setting the printer first and then going through the document before printing?

    Bill@VT: Acrobat X Pro. yes, I've Tried that, it doesn't work. It just errors.

    Have you updated Acrobat to 10.1.3 or whatever the latest is? You might also try a repair.

     

    Can you print from WORD to paper with a subset of pages?
