How to make multiple comments on a single form?

My CEO wants to check off items on a Due Diligernce Checklist and then pass that form on to a recipient to get comments regarding the checked items.How can I identify the specific items while keeping the balance of the list intact?

    Hi,

     

    I think you are asking if FormsCentral can route a form, from one user to another.  Is that right?  If so, unfortunately we do not support this feature at this time.  Once a form is submitted, you can view the submission (and all other submissions) within your form, but you can not route it to different people.
