Import contacts as a wholesaler

Hi,

 

I would like to import about 600 contacts, of which approx 550 will need to be shown as "wholesalers".

 

I have no issues with importing the contacts, but I can't work out how to show which one are "wholesalers" during the import process.

 

I know you can do each contact individually by going into the "manage customer subscriptions" area, but this will take ages to do. Surely there is a quicker way.

    Hi Wyatt,

     

    That DB column can only be set through the Admin. It can not be accessed through imports or API at this stage.

    So, can you "automatically" subscribe a user to be a "wholesaler" through a module tag?  Similar to how you can assign a CRM value through a form?  Or like you can sign someone up for a particular list through an input field:  <input type="checkbox" name="CampaignList_54977" />?

    Not through a module tag, but you can through the web form. There's a wholesaler checkbox in web form properties:
